What is Draft Twenty?
Draft Twenty is a football roster draft game. You draft 12 roster spots from random team-year boards and try to build a team strong enough to finish 20-0.
What positions do I draft?
QB, RB, WR, TE, FLEX, OL, DE, DT, LB, CB, S, and Coach. FLEX accepts RB, WR, or TE. OL is a team unit.
How does the re-roll work?
Each run has 1 re-roll. It replaces the current team-year with a different one. You cannot use it after choosing a player from that board.
How does Daily mode work?
Daily mode is the shared challenge. Everyone gets the same 12 team-year boards for that date, with the same re-roll rules, so results are easy to compare. The Daily Draft resets at midnight Pacific time.
How does scoring work?
Ratings blend production, efficiency, awards, role value, team context, postseason impact, and legacy. Different positions are judged differently, so a quarterback season, an offensive line unit, and a coach are not all scored from the same stat list. The full formula stays hidden because reading the board is part of the game, but scoring is deterministic: the same roster on the same seed gets the same result.
What do the grades and records mean?
The record is the headline result, from a rough season to a perfect 20-0 title run. The grade is a faster read on how well you drafted compared with the best possible roster available from that seed.
Can I go 20-0 without picking the exact optimal roster?
Yes. The optimal roster is the best answer the game found for that seed, but it is not always the only perfect path. A roster that is close enough to the optimal score can still finish 20-0.
Why does the optimal roster matter?
Every seed has its own ceiling. The game solves the best possible roster from the boards you were given, then grades your draft against that ceiling. That keeps a tough seed playable and makes a 20-0 run about finding great value, not only landing the most famous names.
Can I share a run?
Yes. Use Share to copy a seed link. Anyone who opens that link can play the same sequence.
Is this connected to any football league or team?
No. Draft Twenty is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league, team, or players association.
