How To Play
Build a football roster good enough to go 20-0.
Draft Twenty is a football roster draft game. You get 12 team-year boards, 12 locked-in picks, and 1 re-roll. The goal is simple: build the strongest roster you can and see how close it gets to a perfect season.
1. Start A Run
Choose Play for a random run or Daily for the same board everyone else gets that day. Each run reveals one team-year at a time, like 2022 Kansas City or 2013 Denver.
A team-year does not repeat inside the same run, and Daily boards are locked so everyone is playing the same sequence.
2. Draft One Pick From Each Board
Every revealed team-year shows eligible players, offensive line, and coach options from that season. Pick one option from the board. Once you select someone, the roster slots they can fill are highlighted.
3. Fill 12 Roster Spots
Your roster has QB, RB, WR, TE, FLEX, OL, DE, DT, LB, CB, S, and Coach. FLEX can hold a RB, WR, or TE. OL is scored as a team unit, and Coach is scored from that team-year.
Picks are locked once placed, so the hardest part is deciding when to take a good player now versus saving that roster spot for a better future board.
4. Chase The Best Possible Result
When the roster is full, Draft Twenty grades the roster and converts it into a season record. A perfect result is 20-0.
Scores reward production, efficiency, awards, playoff context, role value, and season impact. The result is also compared against the strongest roster that could have been drafted from the same seed, which keeps every run fair even when the board is weird.
5. Play The Daily
Daily mode gives everyone the same team-year sequence for that day. It resets at midnight Pacific time, so it is the best mode for comparing rosters with friends.
